How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects launch in 2 – 6 weeks depending on complexity. Simple business sites can ship in 10 days; e-commerce and custom-feature builds run 4 – 8 weeks. We give you a fixed timeline before work starts and hit it 98% of the time.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. 500+ projects shipped to clients in 25 countries — Australia, US, UK, Canada, EU, Asia. All communication in English, timezones accommodated, async-friendly process. Most projects run without us ever being on the same continent as the client.
Can I update the site myself after it's built?
Absolutely. We build on WordPress so editing pages, posts, products and images is straightforward. Every project includes a 90-minute CMS training session and a written walkthrough document. Most clients are confidently editing within a day.
What if I don't like the design?
Every project includes two design revision rounds — we don't move to development until you sign off on visuals. In seven years we've never had a project not converge by round two. The brief is detailed enough that we hit the target on round one most of the time.
What's included in the price?
Everything to ship a complete, working website — design, development, content integration, on-page SEO, performance optimization, launch, CMS training, and 30 days of post-launch support. No surprise add-on fees. Hosting is separate (we recommend providers, but you own the relationship).
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch fixes. After that, we offer monthly Care plans from $200/mo covering hosting management, security, backups, updates, and small edits. Most clients keep us on retainer — it's cheaper than hiring in-house.
